Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and inquiries. · Provide information internal and external if necessary within custody limit. · Screen visitors, phone calls, deliveries and letters and respectfully attend and assist the needs of visitors, clients and colleagues; · Responsible for training request from Sales Supervisor/Sales Representatives · Responsible for branding request from Sales Supervisor/Sales Representatives and Brand Managers/Supervisors. · Follows up on various issues in sales department as requested by the Regional Sales Manager. · Responsible for coordination between Brand Managers / Supervisor, Sales Supervisor / Executives to ensure alignment on projects & tasks. · Maintain timely follow up to make sure all sales requirements & requests are met & updated. · Issuing sales reports on timely basis to facilitate performance tracking. · Responsible for stock check request of the branches in coordination with the RO-Inventory in charge. · Follow up with trainers on the training plan to provide the support on time. · Makes sure that the Salon Branding is being implemented by the sales team as per company policy. · Experience in using SAP & ODO

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for understanding sales dynamics.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, showcasing the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
