Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports for management review.
  • Communicate with clients through email and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Create invoices, quotations, and sales orders as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain client records and update sales databases as needed.
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination tasks and other related responsibilities.
  • Handle indoor office-based sales activities and assist in achieving departmental goals.
  • Handle office-based (indoor) sales coordination tasks and assist in other business-related duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a sales coordination, customer service, or administrative role (preferably in FMCG, food, or bakery industry is plus ).
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Advanced Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and reporting).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
