Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
Track order status, sales progress, and update the sales pipeline.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, agreements, and related documentation.
Ensure signed lease agreements are collected within 72 hours.
Prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and follow up with dealers for timely vehicle delivery.
Verify customer purchase orders against quotations for accuracy. Coordinate with dealers and operations to ensure on-time vehicle delivery.
Update and maintain rate lists in coordination with the Central Purchase team. Ensure timely invoice delivery and coordinate with Accounts for payment collection.
Maintain accurate records of vendors, customers, and executed contracts.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative roles.
Experience in the automotive or fleet industry is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies: Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM or ERP systems (preferred).
Ability to prepare reports, quotations, and presentations accurately and on time.
Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of sales processes, invoicing, and purchase orders.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, accounts, operations, and external stakeholders.
