Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
  • Preparing and follow up sales notifications are received by using E-selling.
  • Coordinating and follow up all transactions between sales dep. and related departments (Financial, Factory, etc.).
  • Following the stock of the products.
  • Preparing orders to manufacture new stock of products.
  • Contacting & following & coordinating the orders with shipping & delivery companies.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Reach out to customer leads through scheduled outdoor missions.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using online and offline channels.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Issuing needed invoices.
  • Providing periodical reports.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction survey
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Excellent English language.
  • Proficiency usage of Office.
  • Very good communication skills with customers.
  • From 1 to 3 years of experience in online and offline selling process.
