Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This position is responsible for assisting the Sales Manager/Head in achieving the sales targets, and maintaining good relationship with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

· Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders, quotations, and order changes accurately.

· Communicate directly with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and general inquiries.

· Send order acknowledgments and confirmations within the defined timelines (24–48 hours).

· Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

· Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally, ensuring quick resolution and follow-up.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and communications.

· Ensure adherence to company SOPs and compliance with OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery standards.

· Support continuous improvement in order processing and customer satisfaction.


KPI

· ·Ensure 100% accuracy in processing customer purchase orders.

· Timely order acknowledgments and confirmations to customers.

· Achieve 100% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.

· On time resolution of customer complaints

Desired Candidate Profile

4 or more years of relevant work experience, preferably from manufacturing industry
