Talent Pool - Sales Consultant
Contributes to achieving or exceeding sales objectives and key performance indicators in store through:
• Establishes a strong connection with customers and achieves the company's brand values.
• Serve and sell to customers and conscientiously execute store operations.
Main responsibilities:
Be aware of the store's and individual goals and actively work to achieve or exceed these goals using all available resources in the store.
• Meet and place customer purchases and boost sales and brand experience using appropriate elements of the adidas customer service model.
• Create a good bond with each customer as an enthusiastic and passionate brand ambassador.
• Proactively research and integrate basic and seasonal product knowledge into their service approach within assigned store areas.
• Maintain an attractive and easy environment for customers by systematically executing visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a safe and convenient shopping and working environment.
•
Ensure that the offer on products in the store is made available to customers by assisting with deliveries and replenishing the sales floor.
• Carry out sales transactions quickly and accurately while respecting species protection procedures.
• Reduce losses by raising awareness at points of sale while serving customers.
•
Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed store objectives.
• Complete all mandatory training programs and effectively transfer learning into on-the-job skills.
• Communicate a desire for continuous learning and welcome all available opportunities to increase performance.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Professional skills in retail trade.
Education and experience required / Minimum qualifications:
Preferably between 1 and 2 years of work in a retail sales environment focused on sports/fashion and commerce.
Basic numeracy, literature and verbal communication skills.
