Roles & Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The sales consultant is responsible to elevate the customer experience in the boutique and drive sales by providing exceptional service and expert product knowledge. As well as, building strong client relationships, understanding individual needs, and guiding customers towards the perfect luxury item, while also contributing to the overall brand image and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, understand their needs through active listening, and provide personalized recommendations.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the brand's products, including features, textures, benefits, and pricing, to effectively advise customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products, and actively participating in sales promotions.
Foster strong relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up, aiming to create a loyal customer base.
Assist with daily operations such as visual merchandising, stock management, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Assist with the creation of visually appealing and inviting displays that reflect the luxury brand's image.
Represent the brand with professionalism and sophistication, adhering to company policies and procedures, according to a job description for a luxury brand store.
Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and maintain a positive team environment.
Participate in product training sessions to stay up-to-date on new collections and sales techniques.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field
2 to 3 years of experience in sales in a luxury Boutique is a must
Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar high-end service environment is crucial
Exceptional customer service skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and providing personalized service
