This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries related to our services via phone, email, and walk-ins. Promote and sell services for multiple countries. Provide accurate guidance on visa documentation, requirements, and procedures. Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly revenue targets. Create your own posts, videos and promote on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay updated with visa regulations, embassy requirements, and travel advisories. Prepare daily sales reports and updates.
