• To ensure individual performance that meets the expectations set.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a quality customer experience.
• Protect company information and ensure the confidentiality of customer data.
• Ensure a re-establish the ground (collect data, report problems in the shop, competitive intelligence).
• To voluntarily share information, knowledge, experiences.
• To make the best use of the systems, tools and resources made available to it in accordance with HSE standards.
• Compliant management of files (remont and archives).
• Take charge of and follow up on customer complaints and requests.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of work processes and tools.
• Ensure the security of stocks and revenues.
• Have a thorough understanding of the products and services as well as the applications required to provide sales and after-sales service.
• Participate in the layout of the shop in compliance with the merchandising chart.
• Profile customers, satisfy them and retain them.
• Ensure the integrity of the store manager in case of absence (according to the configuration of the stores).

• Two years in sales or customer service.
• Fluency in languages, Arabic, French, English (asset).
• Mastery of computer tools.
• Sense of contact and communication.
