Roles & Responsibilities
Advise clients on seating, furniture, and décor solutions based on their needs Present product options, materials, sizes, and customization details clearly Support clients using a consultative sales approach without pressure Follow up with clients to support and complete sales Handle in-person and remote client communication professionally Attend home service visits when required Represent the brand at pop-ups, exhibitions, and sales booths Use POS systems and digital tools to process orders and record client details Coordinate with internal teams on orders, availability, and delivery updates Maintain strong knowledge of all products and collections Support high-standard sales environments with confidence and maturity Carry out sales and operational tasks assigned by management
Desired Candidate Profile
Arabic-speaking female based in the UAE Experience in sales, client service, or customer-facing roles (furniture or retail preferred) Professional, calm, and confident personality Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable using technology such as POS systems, tablets, and WhatsApp Business Able to understand client needs and guide them without pressure-based selling Well-presented and reliable in client-facing environments Comfortable working in home service, pop-ups, and exhibition settings Holds a valid UAE driving license and has access to a car (preferred) Organized, responsible, and able to handle tasks assigned by management Quick learner with good attention to detail
