Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry for RPO services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored RPO solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to close new business deals.
  • Work closely with internal delivery/recruitment teams to ensure seamless transition and execution of client mandates.
  • Provide client feedback to internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and product offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the RPO or IT Staffing Solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT recruitment processes and job market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Prior experience selling RPO solutions or managed recruitment services in the IT domain.
  • Existing network of IT clients or contacts in the technology sector.
