Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Development:

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the exhibitions and events industry.

o Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, including event organizers, corporate clients, and agencies.

o Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.

o Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution:

o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

o Present and demonstrate our hi-tech products (e.g., 3D holograms, interactive screens, LED displays, robotics) to prospective clients.

o Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs.

o Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.

3. Client Relationship Management:

o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, design, and operations) to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.

o Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions to maintain strong relationships.

4. Industry Networking & Brand Representation:

o Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.

o Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.

o Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position the company as a market leader.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Arabic speaking. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the exhibitions, events, or technology industry, open to interview candidates from relevant sales & business development from any other industry also
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
