Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail team in Kuwait. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting products

Provide product knowledge and recommendations

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Handle cash/credit transactions via POS system

Maintain store cleanliness and stock displays

Support inventory management and stock replenishment


Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales (Not mandatory electronics)

Excellent communication & customer service skills

Strong sales and negotiation ability

Team player with a positive attitude

Basic computer & POS knowledge

Age: 21 30 years preferred
