Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting products and promote loyalty programs.
  • Deliver high standards of service (GREET, UNDERSTAND, EXPLAIN, SELL, THANK).
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed following VM guidelines.
  • Handle POS/billing efficiently, process payments, and maintain cash accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory records and adhere to SOPs and loss prevention policies.
  • Flexible to work extended hours, shifts, and during sales periods.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of retail/sales experience.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
  • Strong product knowledge, operational awareness, and attention to security.
