Job Summary:


As a Sales Associate, you will be the face

of the store, delivering an exceptional customer experience and

helping bring our concept to life. This role goes beyond selling it includes storytelling, guiding customers through different areas of the store (coffee bar, flower corner, pottery workshops, and home accessories), and helping ensure the store remains beautiful, welcoming, and engaging.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Sales


- Greet customers warmly and engage in meaningful conversations

- Guide customers through the store s concept and product selection

- Actively drive sales through product knowledge and up-selling techniques

- Maintain strong knowledge of all items, including home

accessories, flowers, coffee offerings, and pottery classes

- Provide personalized service to VIPs and returning guests


Product & Area Maintenance

-Ensure all displays are neat, stocked, and visually appealing

- Keep the flower corner fresh, clean, and organized

- Assist with the setup and promotion of pottery classes

-Refill product displays and check for damaged or outdated items


Store Operations

- Support store opening and closing procedures as assigned

- Handle transactions through POS system with accuracy and care

- Monitor stock levels and communicate low inventory to management

- Assist in inventory counts and restocking

Brand Engagement & Content

- Participate in in-store events and workshops

- Suggest and support content creation for social media stories and posts

-Help capture moments that reflect the lifestyle and identity of the store



Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in retail, (hospitality is a plus), or customer service preferred

- Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident communicator

-Passion for lifestyle concepts, home design, flowers, or art is a plus

- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a premium in-store environment

- Team player who enjoys a creative and dynamic work setting

- Outstanding sales staff may be promoted to Senior Sales,

Floor Leader, or enter the Manager-in-Training program.
