Job Purpose:

Deliver a personalized customer experience, drive sales, and maintain the brand's high

standards in service and presentation.

The following duties are to be performed diligently:

1- Welcome every customer professionally and offer immediate assistance

2- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

3- Explain features clearly: setting, stone, carat, cut, and metal type

4- Offer accurate pricing details and highlight current promotions

5- Support customers through the decision-making and purchase process

6- Pack, wrap, and bag items professionally and handle payments

7- Calculate gold jewelry prices based on weight and purity

8- Educate buyers on warranties, guarantees, and return policies

9- Update window and in-store displays regularly

10- Secure all items and display areas at the end of each shift

11- Follow up with clients via thank-you notes and inform them about new arrivals

12- Receive goods as per standard procedures.

13- Verify the quantity of goods against the sales order.

14- Confirm that the item codes match those specified in the sales order.

15- Ensure the correct weight for diamond and gold, including net weight, is

accurately recorded.

16- Check that the weight is properly indicated on each label.

17- Verify that the price and weight align with system records.

18- Ensure that the "750" hallmark is correctly engraved on items.

19- Benchmark the weight of each item using the weighing balance.

20- Report any discrepancies or variances to me immediately via email.

21- Sign Transfer In upon receiving the goods.

22- Ensure good hospitality at all times.

23- Ensure that all branch curtains (if existing) to be opened on time.

24- Ensure that no stuff or food is available in the branch under any circumstances.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent (preferred)

2 5 years of retail sales experience; jewelry background is a plus

Strong communication and customer engagement skills

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Age: 25 35 years
