Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through program options while gaining hands-on experience in sales, counselling, and CRM tools. Key Responsibilities Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and chat Advise on academic programs, career pathways, and enrollment steps Support lead generation, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns Keep accurate records in CRM systems Assist senior associates during calls, demos, and events Prepare reports and track daily conversion metrics
Desired Candidate Profile
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or Education Strong verbal and written communication skills Passionate about education and student success Energetic, persuasive, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
