Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services available.
  • Follow up with leads and develop long-term relationships with customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point of sale systems.
  • Keep the sales floor organized, neat, and attractive to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and techniques.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales approaches.
  • Assist with inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales knowledge and skills.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and sales obstacles.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales or a related customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations gracefully.
  • Proficient in using digital sales tools and customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
