Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers on styles, sizes, and availability.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely and professionally.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store displays as per brand guidelines.
  • Assist in stock replenishment, tagging, and price labeling.
  • Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, digital payments).
  • Support in store opening/closing duties and ensure cleanliness of sales floor.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
  • Work as a team to meet daily/weekly sales and customer service targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion/off-price retail.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shifts (weekends/holidays).
  • Positive attitude, team player, and detail-oriented.
