Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Joint responsible with store manager to uphold daily operational issue
- Daily coaching in/ out of subordinates
- Sales target planning (Daily planning)
- Achieving daily/monthly store target
- Leadership and delegating ability Training of SA/ SSA (one- to-one training/products knowledge)
- Using coaching cards to provide training
- Providing relevant feedback in products/ promotions/ staffs development and retention
- Transferring knowledge in Sales approach/ customer service - Upholding Stay GOLD approach
- Complex cashiering role – voiding/ exchanging etc.
- Stock requisition from merchandiser
- VP judgments/ decision making
- Managing customer’s feedback and providing advice
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Male/Female Thai nationality age between 20 - 35 years old
2. Vocational Certificate or more
3. Three years experience in the fashion, retail business or any business field
4. Good computer skill about MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook, Internet)
5. English and Chinese proficiency in business level
6. Able to work at shop in department store
7. Good relationship, service mind and good problem solving
8. Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills
9. Energetic, self motivated, well-organized, and good discipline
