Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail electrical showroom team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right electrical products, ensure the showroom is well-organized, and support sales operations to achieve monthly targets.


  • Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable electrical products and accessories.
  • Provide accurate product information (brands, specifications, pricing, warranty, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, and stocked.
  • Handle walk-in customers and respond to telephone or WhatsApp inquiries..\
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily sales performance to the supervisor or showroom manager.
  • Stay updated on new arrivals, product features, and market trends.
