Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring timely processing, delivery, and follow-up with customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential leads and sales opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including expense reports, invoices, and other documentation.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing accurate and timely information and assistance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exhibits strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation.
  • Shows the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
