Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will

serve as a point of contact for customers , be responsible for sales, marketing strategy and administration as required.

Our ideal person is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of sales best practices.

The ideal candidate must have exceptional organizational skills , a can do attitude and draw energy from being part of

a team

Ultimately you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Role and responsibilities :

• Research and generate list of leads/potential customers/ Cold calling/appointment setting

• Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts

• Maintain CRM/Pipeline

• Arrange events/meetings as required

• Day to day administrative tasks

• Contact clients to obtain information or answer queries

• Maintain and update sales and customer records

• Develop monthly sales reports/pipelines

• Communicate important feedback from customers internally

• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

• Maintain and update sales and customer records

• Stay up-to-date with new products and features

• Contribute towards the growth of the company by identifying new opportunities

• Stay up-to-date with new products and features

• Attending client meetings/Sales visits

• Marketing strategy and content creation/ across all platforms as required

• Maintain daily/weekly/quarterly reporting

• Adhoc tasks as required


Requirements

• Eager to learn and work with the company (a can do attitude)

• Degree

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• A team player with high level of dedication

• Ability to work under strict deadlines

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent

• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

• Understanding of sales performance metrics
