Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead sales & marketing strategy to drive GCC and international growth.
• Expand OEM, B2B, and distributor networks.
• Manage high-value client relationships and contracts.
• Strengthen brand presence via marketing, trade shows, and digital campaigns.
• Oversee budgets, market intelligence, and business reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in furniture industry is a must.
• Furniture Manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Track record in managing OEM, B2B, and project-based sales.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
