Sales and Marketing Executive

Sales:

*Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

*Establish contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.

*Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.

*Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

*Working on weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI's.

*Ensure availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

*Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.

*Collaborate with Team members to achieve better results.

*Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

*Monitor industry and market trends in order to identify (competitors, prices) to develop or modify our product range in order to increase sales and retain customers.

*Work closely with Other teams to develop new business.

Marketing:

* Attend all the Exhibition to meet Exhibitors and Potential clients.

*Work in hand with Sales & Marketing Manager to : Executing the overall marketing roadmap by cooperating with the company team.

*Upload and refresh the customer supplier registration portals and check the options or pending projects.

*Participate as a visitor for Expos in UAE to approach new customers and register with them as suppliers/ to offer our product portfolio.

*Develop the customer satisfaction survey to obtain customer feedback about our product performance and feedback to improve our products and services.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing (or equivalent).

• Proven ability to meet sales quotas and drive revenue growth.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
