Roles & Responsibilities

Vendy Station is revolutionizing the vending machine industry in Egypt with smart technology, branded experiences, and innovative placements across offices, campuses, and public transport hubs. We re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help us follow up with leads, prepare proposals, and support our growing client base.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Respond to Instagram and social media inquiries from potential clients
  • Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, phone, or email to understand their needs
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather info for accurate offers
  • Keep a record of all leads, follow-ups, and client status
  • Support marketing campaigns with basic content and communication

Desired Candidate Profile


What We re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Friendly, organized, and quick to respond
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with social media platforms, especially Instagram
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Education:
    Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Fresh grads are welcome.
  • Experience:
    0 4 years in sales, marketing, customer support, or administrative roles.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
    • Confident speaking with clients over WhatsApp, phone, and email.
  • Tech & Tools:
    • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
    • Familiarity with Canva or other simple design tools is a plus.
    • Comfortable using Instagram and other social platforms professionally.
  • Work Ethic & Personality:
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to follow up.
    • Friendly and professional tone in communication.
    • Eager to learn and take initiative.
    • Able to multitask and stay consistent with follow-ups.
  • Bonus Points (Not Required):
    • Prior experience in proposal writing or CRM tools.
    • Interest in tech, vending, or retail innovation.
