Job Duties/Responsibilities:

A Customer Support representative position requires excellent telephone support
skills in both English and Arabic, also meeting with customers, solving their problems
and answering all questions. The applicant should have the ability to understand
all information about our technical products and services. The main job
requirements are Excellent Oral & written English and Communication skills.
He/she should knows how to work with Computer, Internet and Office applications
such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
