Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage customer communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Manage company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to promote and sell products.
- Handle online sales inquiries and register orders.
- Coordinate with field sales and logistics teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in sales or customer support.
- Familiar with managing social media pages and online advertising tools.
- Proficient in WhatsApp Business, CRM, and digital tools.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
