Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Zekrit, Maten

Employment Type: Full-time


Position Summary

The Sales Analyst is responsible for monitoring customer orders, ensuring timely re-orders, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. This role focuses on analyzing sales data, tracking customer buying patterns, and proactively following up with clients to maintain consistent order cycles and prevent gaps in supply.


Key Responsibilities

1. Order Monitoring & Follow-Up

o Track all customer orders from placement to delivery.

o Ensure timely follow-up with customers for re-orders before stock runs out.

o Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to resolve delivery or supply issues.

2. Customer Retention & Relationship Management

o Maintain regular communication with customers regarding their order schedules.

o Remind and encourage customers to place repeat orders in line with agreed timelines.

o Support the sales team in building long-term client relationships.

3. Sales Data Analysis & Reporting

o Analyze customer purchase history to forecast future order needs.

o Prepare weekly/monthly reports on order cycles, customer activity, and potential risks of order delays.

o Identify trends in re-order frequency and propose strategies to improve retention.

4. Collaboration & Support

o Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop re-order strategies.

o Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer service and retention.

o Assist in maintaining accurate CRM and sales records.


Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Experience in sales support, order management, or data analysis preferred.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and anticipate customer needs.
