Job Summary

The Sales Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to drive business decisions. The Sales Analyst will also be responsible for reporting, and providing actionable insights to ensure that sales strategies align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities


Sales Data Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth in various sales channels.

Reporting: Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for the sales team, outlining key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

System administrator: Follow up with sales manager to provide the monthly sales target on time in order to enter it in the system, make sure all sales representatives are aware of their monthly target.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess sales performance against targets, identifying areas for optimization and suggesting actionable solutions.

Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with sales managers to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals and improving customer engagement.

CRM & Database Management: Maintain and update customer and sales databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all reports.

Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in sales processes, including sales data collection, reporting, and analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance and sales team to align on sales insights and initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar role in the FMCG or food industry.

Skills:

o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

o Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).

o Familiarity with CRM systems and sales databases.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
