Analysis of customer needs and individual consultation to achieve their goals
Conducting sales conversations including consistent follow-up.
Maintenance and precise documentation of customer data and sales processes
Creating tailored offers
Proactive optimization of processes and offerings for maximum customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
You are passionate about sales and have mastered convincing sales techniques.
Personal responsibility and organization are a matter of course for you.
Challenges motivate you; you always want to improve.
You are goal-oriented and enjoy celebrating successes.
Ideally, you have some experience in e-commerce (Shopify knowledge is a plus).
You enjoy learning and are constantly developing yourself.
Your German skills are excellent, both spoken and written.
