Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Agent at Providential Properties, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of purchasing ready and off-plan properties across Abu Dhabi. You will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction at every step. Your role will be critical in delivering a smooth and rewarding buyer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through online portals, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct property presentations and coordinate client viewings
  • Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and procedures
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate closing documentation
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales, preferably in the UAE
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi s real estate laws and off-plan projects
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
