Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in identifying suitable products or services based on their needs.
- Guide customers on product features, pricing, and benefits to support decision-making.
- Promote and upsell products to increase sales revenue.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and pricing changes.
- Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets set by management.
- Process customer transactions accurately, including billing, payment handling, and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Ensure product displays, merchandising, and stock levels are maintained as per store standards.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with customers when required.
- Support store operations such as stock count, replenishment, and reporting.
- Work closely with the team to achieve collective store performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and service quality standards.
- Participate in sales training, product knowledge sessions, and meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Front Desk roles.
- Experience in selling consumer products such as fashion items, cosmetics, electronics, telecom services, or similar.
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and provide product guidance confidently.
- Target-driven, with proven experience in achieving sales or revenue goals.
- Presentable, confident, and well-spoken in English (Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage depending on location).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Excellent product presentation and upselling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS machines, or CRM tools.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or store-based environments.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
