Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Part-Time Sales Advisor to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities in the IT solutions sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, has strong communication skills, and is eager to work in a flexible, performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT solutions space.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Present and demonstrate IT solutions tailored to client requirements.
Lead Generation & Pipeline ManagementGenerate, qualify, and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
Negotiation & Deal ClosingConduct pricing discussions and lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals.
Ensure all deals comply with company policies and contractual standards.
Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with internal teams, including technical support, pre-sales, and delivery, to ensure a successful project handover.
Provide weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
1 to 3 years of experience in IT solutions sales or B2B sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Very Good in English is required.
