Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The customer manager in reception of calls is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers by phone. Its role is to identify their needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, he must also finalize sales, reporting to the team manager, his main missions consist of:
- Receive incoming calls from customers
- actively cost the interlocutors
- Identify their needs, analyze their requests and guide them
- Maintain the highest quality of service to the customer
- Ensure the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project.
Before taking on the mission, a complete training is provided in order to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.
