We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Sales Advisor to join our boutique at the prestigious Dubai Mall . As a key ambassador of the Damiani brand, you will deliver a tailored luxury experience to each client while contributing to the boutique s commercial success.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers, providing a personalized luxury experience

Build strong and lasting relationships with international clientele
•
Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
•
Ensure optimal product display and boutique standards
•
Collaborate with the team on CRM, stock management, and after-sales processes
•
Stay informed about product collections, brand heritage, and luxury market trends
Requirements
•
Proven experience in luxury retail (preferably in jewelry or watches)
•
Fluent in Russian (mandatory) and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
Strong sales skills and customer orientation
•
Refined presentation, elegance, and attention to detail
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
•
