Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Order Validation:
- Review sales opportunities in Salesforce to ensure data matches the signed contract.
- Verify key details such as customer name, billing address, PO number, invoice details, and contract terms.
- Identify discrepancies and work with the Sales team to resolve them.
- Customer & Order Data Management:
- Ensure accurate entry of customer details, invoice preferences, and AP contact information.
- Update key fields in Salesforce, including PO numbers, VAT numbers, and invoice types.
- Process and track customer changes, such as address or PO updates.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Order Management teams to resolve data issues.
- Respond to internal queries about sales orders and customer records.
- Use Gmail and Salesforce Chatter for efficient communication.
- Support Credit & Correction Requests (CCRs)
- Assist with PO corrections, late address changes, and cancellations.
- Help process credits and ensure accurate re-invoicing.
What do you bring?
- Master degree in Finance, Business administration or any similar field;
- As an international company, English is the primary working language and its Proficiency is a must. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Basic experience with Salesforce or any other CRM systems (preferred but not required);
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication tools;
- Comfortable working with data entry and administrative tasks;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors;
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
