Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between the sales department and other departments (such as production, warehouse, shipping, and finance).
  • Follow up on sales orders and update them on the system.
  • Prepare and process all sales-related documents (invoices, quotations, purchase orders, contracts).
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and provide updates on order status.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Coordinate the company s participation in medical exhibitions, including handling registrations and logistical arrangements.
  • Prepare product samples for exhibitions and customer presentations when needed.
  • Provide both administrative and logistical support to the sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical supplies or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (if applicable).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
