Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Administrator

  • Enter and track customer orders until delivery.
  • Prepare and verify commercial documents (purchase orders, invoices, contracts, etc.)
  • Coordinate with logistics and accounting to ensure the smooth running of the sales process.
  • Manage and update the customer database.
  • Participate in the development of sales monitoring reports and suggest process improvements

  • Bac+3 in commerce, management or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in office tools.
  • Organizational skills, rigor and team spirit.
  • Good interpersonal skills, responsiveness and ability to manage priorities
