Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotations, and contracts to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and after-sales to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Support the sales team in organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, and client visits.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability for sales orders.
- Prepare and distribute sales performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales staff by preparing materials and coordinating schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all administrative processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales administration, sales support, or related administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
