Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotations, and contracts to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and after-sales to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Support the sales team in organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, and client visits.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability for sales orders.
  • Prepare and distribute sales performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales staff by preparing materials and coordinating schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all administrative processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales administration, sales support, or related administrative role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
