Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and manage sales documentation, contracts, and client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Liaise between clients, agents, and internal departments to facilitate timely communication and information flow.
  • Schedule and organize property viewings, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, tracking key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and property listings.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and prospects, providing information and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations in all administrative processes.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and maintain up-to-date client databases.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the sales administration function.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration, preferably within the real estate industry.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with real estate documentation and transaction processes is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
