Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within target markets and generate leads to expand the client base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting Grand Wolf s security services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure service quality, address concerns, and proactively resolve issues.
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and report on pipeline progress and sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to inform strategic sales approaches.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of Grand Wolf Security and Guarding.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the security or related services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships with a consultative approach.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory ( C1-B2 )
