Roles & Responsibilities

HeadMost HR Outsourcing is hiring!
We re looking for a B2B Sales Account Manager to drive growth and build long-term partnerships in the HR outsourcing & recruitment sector.
Location: Nasr City, Cairo

Key responsibilities:

- Prospect, pitch, and close B2B accounts (focus on retail, call centers, industrial & services).

- Build and manage long-term client relationships; act as the main point of contact.

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate CRM records.

- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and service quality.

Working days/hours:

Requirements:

- Proven B2B sales experience mandatory: prior work with an HR agency.

- Strong negotiation & communication skills.

- Track record of building and keeping long-term clients.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and business-minded.
