Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This full-time role is for a Sales Specialist / Account Manager, located on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist / Account Manager will be responsible for Identify, generating and qualifying leads, conducting tailored demos, guiding prospects through pilot phases, and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining long-term client relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales and Account Management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good command of English
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in related field
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
