Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end B2B sales process for software solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing accounts
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on customer goals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospects
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM documentation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 2 5 years of experience in B2B software sales or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the software/SaaS landscape
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
  • Experience using sales tools like CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree any related field (preferred)
