Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Identify target markets and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Identify and convert potential leads into sales.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Xerox managed printing solutions, software solutions, and BenQ interactive displays.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Customize solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant teams to drive improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 1:2 years, preferably in IT solutions, managed printing, or educational technology, with a strong focus on B2B sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with managed printing solutions and interactive displays is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Driven to succeed and capable of working independently.
