Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify target markets and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Identify and convert potential leads into sales.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Xerox managed printing solutions, software solutions, and BenQ interactive displays.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Customize solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Provide regular updates on market trends and competitive landscape.
- Share customer feedback with relevant teams to drive improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 1:2 years, preferably in IT solutions, managed printing, or educational technology, with a strong focus on B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with managed printing solutions and interactive displays is a plus.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Driven to succeed and capable of working independently.
