Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Officer / Account Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and representing Nabd Plus Advertising in the UAE market.


The ideal candidate has strong sales instincts, excellent relationship-building skills, and hands-on experience in the advertising, printing, and promotional products industry within the UAE.


  • Generate new business opportunities for Nabd Plus Advertising within Abu Dhabi and across the UAE
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Promote and sell Nabd Plus Advertising services including:
  • Advertising and branding solutions
  • Trophies and awards production
  • Giveaways and promotional items
  • Printing services and event-related materials
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and costings, and follow up until deal closure
  • Coordinate closely with design, production, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to quality standards
  • Track sales pipeline, update client data, and provide regular sales reports
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Represent Nabd Plus Advertising professionally at exhibitions, events, and client meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform account strategies and identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that benefit both the client and the company, ensuring profitability.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Good understanding of UAE business culture and corporate/government sales

  • Time management and territory planning
  • CRM or sales tracking tools (preferred)
  • Communication Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management within a relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Arabic speaking is an advantage
