Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
  • Client & Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients/vendors.
  • Sales Execution: Organise product demonstrations, negotiate and close deals in alignment with sales strategies.
  • Account Maintenance: Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams - Operations, Recruitment, and Sales to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.

Qualification:

  • Degree in BA, Sales or related.
  • 4+ years exp.
  • Knowledge of local market.
