Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Client & Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients/vendors.
- Sales Execution: Organise product demonstrations, negotiate and close deals in alignment with sales strategies.
- Account Maintenance: Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams - Operations, Recruitment, and Sales to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
Qualification:
- Degree in BA, Sales or related.
- 4+ years exp.
- Knowledge of local market.
Skills:
- Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of developing long-term partnerships with clients.
