Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Possess a strong technical background and solid understanding of chemicals and their applications to support the sales process and offer tailored solutions to clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company s reach.
Resolve client issues and provide timely, effective solutions to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry developments to remain competitive.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, or trade shows as required.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
