Safety Officer (HSE Supervisor) Villa Hakatha pvt ltd.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Officer (HSE Supervisor) to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across project sites. The role ensures safe working conditions, adherence to legal requirements, and the implementation of effective safety programs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements on-site.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliances.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and emergency response procedures.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnel.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with management, contractors, and employees to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE supervision experience in construction or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, observation, and leadership skills.
